4wd lift kit on 2wd truck?
Now I know the knuckles are different, allowing for the CV joints to pass through on the 4wd models. My question is this:
Could I remove my spindle from my knuckle and mount onto this knuckle, allowing me to put my front rims on still? Does this make sense? I thought I saw last time I was under my truck that the spindle is mounted to the knuckle by 4 bolts.
I am asking if this can be done because I can get a 6" lift for a 4x4 used far cheaper than I can one for a 2wd, new or used (used are hard to come by honestly). Any thoughts Beuler, Beuler? TIA!

EXACTLY! Add that on top of my 3" body kit and my 2wd would be RETARDED!!! I guess I'll have to buck up some cash and just get a used knuckle of a 4wd and 2wd and try it out.
Anyone have a spare knuckle from adding a lift kit they would like to part with? I'd pay for shipping...
