I like my inexpensive 'Red Neck' CAI. I just pulled the intake tube out of the fender well, bent the flex part 90º forward, poked it in a hole between the head light and radiator, and wire tied it to a cooling line coming off the radiator. Torque Pro reads IAT only a couple degrees above ambient. It used to get up to 120º at red lights in the hot South Texas sun.

I ended up with a AFE CAI. I have been seeing .5 mpg this tank so far with the hopes of it going higher.

Checked the one I removed from my 08 and it has them. The truck now has a Volant on it and I really like it.
