I semi recently bought an 05 f150 stx, 4x4 with a shifter, 4.6 engine with 75kmiles (now it has 78kmiles). I have changed the oil, oil filter, air filter, spark plugs and ignition coils, cleaned the MAF sensor and the throttle body, and balanced my tires. The truck still has a semi-rough idle for some reason, but it’s minimal and can only be felt from the inside with extra attention. What could be the problem? What else should I service on my truck/look out for? The truck has other problems that I need help with. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
