Default Trimming

I see a lot of people that have trimmed their fender wells to fit larger tires/wheels and some that don't. My question is why do some want to trim and others don't? I'm contemplating trimming some to fit the wheels/tires I want and wonder why some of ya'll out there don't want to trim and never would. I'd like to get all my marbles together before I go and do something I might regret later down the road...

some people don't trim because it's a lease vehicle, some don't trim because they ain't cutting off parts of their truck to make tires fit. tons of reason. i will trim plastic, but not metal, well on a new truck that is, old truck who cares, lol

Trimming messes with the look of the truck. I wont do it cause it just dont look right next to a non trimed f-150 and you be stuck with the weird looking truck.

if you trim nicely, you won't even notice , why they put spoilers underneath the bumper is stupip to me, i usually destroy them anyways, pesky snow banks

lol @atom thats funny. I seen a few trimmed f-150 they looked stupid to me. But guess it all depends on the taste

you trim off the corner of the valance, how does that look funny?

no thought it was funny cause it reminded me of my friend who screwed up his spoiler by hitting a duck. but nvrmnd you have to see the one i seen. It was messed up and the gap was just to big

oh, yea some people just starting hacking and don't make it even on both sides, lol. i hear ya about the ducks, last week i almost plastered an entire family of turkeys, that would have ended bad for both.
