Default tree sap off paint

Hey my gf parked my truck under a tree after using it. I came to find tree sap running down the bed. Anybody know how to get this crap off without damaging the paint?

If it was a pine tree it's cheaper and easier to brig to a detailer probably around 100 and it will look awesome if it was a oak tree just bring through a car wash comes right off

You might try wd40 on paint thinner. It won't hurt the finish, I use both on my hood regularly.

Use "Goo-Gone" or go to the local AutoZone and buy Bug/Sap/Tar remover. Dont use a razor blade unless you want to risk scratching your paint.

I wouldn't advise using a razor blade, just a little risky in my opinion. Adhesive remover would probably be the easiest route. 3M would be my choice as I've always had good results with their products.

Thanks for the replies guys. It's pine and no little bubble. I'm going to try "goo gone" first. Goolged it someone suggested nail Polish remover?
