Transmisson problems!!!
Ok technical question to you guys? My truck is a 2008 and I have had it in the shop 3 times for the same thing and the guy that had it before me had it there 4 times for the same thing. When I am driving down the road at any speed my truck feels like it is going into neutral and the RPMs go up and back down and my foot is still on the gas the full time it is doing this and then it sounds like it goes back in gear but they say we can't get it to do it leave it with us for two weeks and I want do that has anyone ever had this happen? Also say if I slowed down but did not use the break and just let off the gas and then went to push the gas peddle again it is like it does not get into gear then you hear a noise and feel it like something just feel out from under the truck
Slipping transmission can result from a number of core issues. It can be as simple as low fluid [I'd check the fluid level first] or a leaking transmission (i.e. worn seals or cracked assembly) - have a look under the truck to make sure that there's no weeping of reddish-brown fluid.
Other than those readily discernable causes, it can be that the Torque Converter is going bad. If the fluid level is normal and there are no leaks, then I recommend having a Transmission specialist run a test. Unfortunately, modern tranny issues can be fairly difficult to self-diagnose, but easy to remedy if caught early.
My Chevy had the same problem and it was the torque converter going bad at 130K miles.

Ok thank you cause I only have 51491 miles on my truck and the fluid is at the correct level and no leaks but the only thing is now my truck is out of warranty seeing how it has been in shop so many times can I call Ford you think
You can check with the dealership first and remain under no obligation to have them do the repairs if they diagnose the issue to be outside of warranty coverage. In other words, you can always take your truck to another shop at that point, as the labor charges are often lower than at a certified dealer.
Just don't let transmission issues go, because you could take what might be a simple fix to a compounded issue and more expensive repairs.
Good luck
