Default Transmission Problems

Hey guys I've got a 2005 F150 FX4 and I think I'm starting to have some transmission problems. It has 104k miles on it. It had a new ford tranny put in by ford at 30k miles. Sometimes when I'm in overdrive and I lug it a little bit it will start to shudder. I had the same problem in my old 95 f150 and the grand shop said it was the torque convertor locking up and releasing or something. They had either the fluid changed or it flushed, I don't remember. But it fixed the problem. Also sometimes when I stomp on the gas it will fall on its face and then act like it's slipping. But it only does that maybe once every month or so.

What do you guys think? Do I need the fluid changed or flushed? I'm thinking flushed would be better in case their is anything in if to ensure I get it out. I want to make sure it's working good because I'm wanting to go to 35's and a gryphon first of the year.

I'd change the fluid and dump in some lucas and see what happens.
Been running lucas in mine for 50k miles now and its doing great!

But are u sure its trans problems? I only ask because when my plugs were bad it seemed like trans problems... it shuddered at 55mph in OD. Changed the plugs and problem went away. Just food for thought.
