I'm the pictures I took my of servo does not have the clip at the end of the pin coming out. Maybe there lays my problem? And also this nipple type thing was just sitting on the valve body when I dropped the valve body.

I found the clip that holds the pin down broken and pinned in between the valve keeping the of servo open so I took it out(dad has a lot of clips laying around) found a clip that fits and put it in and put the tranny fluid in and without starting it I was filling and it started coming out of the top of the tranny so I started it and ran it for along time added one more quart and now she runs and drives great! (Knock on wood!)

Man, that is AWESOME! Glad thats what it turned out to be, definitely sounded like it when I read your post.

I've not had any issues for the last 4 years now and hopefully you will have similar results and hopefully much longer.

Glad to hear some good news, keep me updated if anything changes.

Jamieat I am having the same issue as this original one in this thread and hope it's just the retaining clip. In one of your responses you mention a Fordtechmakuloco video about the servo clip, but I can't locate it. Can you describe which one of his excellent videos this one is?
