well i feel like a dummy but put a diagnostic on my 5.4 and turns out #6&7 cylinders were reading weak. a new set of plugs and bam, it's like a new ride. not a tranny at all, thank goodness.

gotta change the plugs in my 5.4. man what a job. hardest & most exspensive plugs i've ever done. i feel like a dummy but at least it's NOT my tranny after a dagnostic check. # 6&7 cylinders were showing weak
