Question PIAA lights mounting?

ok so right now i have a set of PIAA lights that mount in a bull bar and since i can not use the bull bar i was thinking about mounting the lights behind the grille....i have seen a few trucks on here with that done along with just randome pictures online too...

so my question is how exactly would or should i mount them behind the grille so they are safe and wont fall off?

here is what my grille looks like...

You could also do a bull bar like what I have from Smittybilt. Or do what I did and get a stock XLT honeycomb grill and put them behind that.

Yea those smitty lights bars are nice.. o and the way I mounted my buds train horn is the horn sits behind the bumper.. where that little hole is in the bottom bumper it sits right behind it and is mounted to the trans cooler bracket things.. Ill try to get a pic of how we did it and show it to you if you want

my horns mount differently....i have the air tank and teh compressor right behind the bumper and right in front of the radiator is the horns...and there is 4 big ones....its not the prettiest looking thing but it sure as hell gets the point across...lol

but hmmm im going to have to figure out what i can do to have these lights mounted behind the grille or if im going to just by that smittybilt bull bar....damn this is a never ending project

My reasoning for putting them behind the grill is so that people don't steal them when my truck is parked. It's been known to happen quite often around here. Not so much when I'm at home but when I'm out on the town. I was going to go with something like this (my buddies 06 Ranger) but decided against it. Hopefully his don't get stolen.
