Pooch I have checked 36 and 42 they have no power to them when I switch them with other fuses like the radio fuse they work so I know the fuses aren't bad. I looked under the hood at r201 and tried putting a relay in that spot just to see if out worked and there are no connectors for it so the relay doesn't start in or connect to anything. When I check all the other fuses they all were good.

Go to autozone and buy this. I put this on my truck with the same problem and sure enough all the LEDs lit up except for one and I just followed the wire to see where it was bad. Hope this helps

Fuse 36 and 42 are connected DIRECTLY to the turn/stop/hazard light circuits, so if you don't see power on them when the hazards are flashing, then somehow you have a break in the circuit. If you don't see power on those fuses, then you won't get any power on the trailer plugs for turn/stop lights. If you have a multi-meter or light tester, unplug the fuses and check each of the fuse terminals for voltage when the hazards are on.

You should also see power on Fuse 10 when the parking lights are turned on.

Is there also a fuse or relay directly connected to power to the plug?

So I checked my relays again and I am missing the Tow battery charge relay would that be the reason I don't have power to my plug?? I figured The battery charge relay would be for interior lights on a trailer??

No, the tow power relay only controls 12v power to the 7 pin plug. It doesn't affect the lights at all. It's usually used to charge the battery of a breakaway kit.
