TPMS problems
I just replaced tires on my 2007 F150 and according to tire dealer he was not able to reset sensors. What is the retraining tool number and where can I get it? And what is the proper technique for resetting?
Thanks
Thanks

All you have to do is drive for a couple miles with the proper inflation...did you change wheels too ?? There should be nothing to re-set if you just had tires mounted...I'll bet the tire shop messed up one of your sensors...
If the car/truck goes into a shop with no damage or errors, yet comes out with one, do not leave the shop until it's corrected, and don't pay. It's that simple. They do tires for a business. If they cannot do it right, they should not be allowed to get away with it. Go back, talk calmly with the manager, and get it resolved. Did you pay with credit? If so, call and file a disput and/or stop payment. That will get their attention if the visit does not work.
Be sure to remain calm and polite though.

After the manager apologized and tossed in the road hazard for free on all 4 tires, I called the credit card company and reported all was well.
