Default Touch Screens

Hello,
Im doing research to find a touch screen to put into my '07 Lariat. Just curious what other people have done to their trucks for screens. I would prefer it comes with bluetooth for my phone. Also, if someone could find a screen with navigation out of a 09 or newer platinum, is it possible it would work in an '07 lariat.
Thanks in advance for you advice and pictures.

I have an 05 Lariat. I was going to go "minor" but I ended up replacing everything because of the new options available. I purchased a Pioneer Avic 940bt head unit that has navigation, blue tooth, rear camera, DVD. I also replaced the front door speakers and tweeters with Kicker combos, the rear speakers with Kicker, and replaced the sub and amp in a custom built box. The factory sound was good but with the upgrades the sound and function is incredible. The pioneer head unit also allows me to use several apps from my iPhone including my calendar which is very convenient. I am very pleased with all and IMO the sound quality, function, and convenience is vastly improved. I am still able to use my steering wheel controls and watch DVD without the brake applied as I completed the override. I think that with today's phones, blue tooth is a must!

TexasLonghorn- I went looking today for screens and from my understanding, in other to get navigation you have to buy a seperate adaptor to make navigation work as well as satellite radio. Did you have to do that with yours? What was your total cost just for your Pioneer Avic 940bt head unit that has navigation and blue tooth?
