Thanks Sanny. I have not had a chance to do the herculiner yet, the temperatures here have yet to go above 30 degrees and I'm a bit weary of bringing the project inside because of the fumes. I'll be sanding it down this weekend. I'll post pictures and update my progress.

I painted mine with the Duplicolor Bed Armour. I washed it down real well and let it dry. I then scuffed it with the red Scotch Brite. Cleaned it up realy well and sprayed it. It has been on there for almost a year with no issues. I had to touch a few spots up where some stuff hit it. Nothing a quick spray couldn't fix

Well the weather finally got nice enough to roll on the Herculiner. When's the best time to put on the UV protectant, when's its fully dry or while its tacky?

That looks like it turned out great, how much herculiner did you use?

I used about 3/4 of the can. But in my opinion I rolled it on thick. I'm very happy with it. Now if I could only get the box to sit flush in the bed. The bedliner is not cooperating

It's holding up very well. I used the Herculiner UV protectant and I haven't noticed any fading at all. Cleans easy with powerwasher or soapy water too.

Where did you pick yours up at? I know its pretty hard to find up here, is it common off the shelf product at any auto parts store down there?
