Ell this morning i was towing my boat down the intestate and my transmission to kill it self.

Sorry to hear that.. well, get the tranny rebuilt, it usually runs about 1,200 for a good rebuild.

Pullin my 21 gradywhite down i-295 doin 65 mph. Went up a slight incline and it revved to 7k rpms. 1-2-3 all went out completely. It basically blew up.

That seems awful cheap actually. I would think around double that.

Sorry to hear this. However if your able to drop the trans yourself you can get it rebuilt fairly reasonable.

Where I am its the average price.. new tranny is about 3,500.. so why would you rebuild for 2,500? Just get a new one..

rebuild includes removal and install. I think the $3500 is just the tranny itself with no r&i.
