to the op this guy was right in his first post about regearing saving the tranny. thats the main reason people do it. also for his regearing will be twice as much as yours because he has 4x4 and if im correct you have a 2wd[/quote]

Incorrect, mine is a 4x4 and had front and back changed.

I couldn't imagine what stock gears would feel like with 37's when u step on the gas you want to feel your truck go
not creep up to speed. I test drove a 02 screw with stock gears and 35's and hated the power it had.

Once you physically compaire with and without gears it's a no brainer

I had 3.73 gears and could feel the difference, and my tuner made up some of the difference. I think one of the main reasons to regear is to save your transmission. With bigger tires and less gears, it's having to work extra hard. I recently regeared to 4.56s and love it. I feel a big difference when I step on the petal. Anyways, here's a picture of my truck, let me know if you like the way it looks with the lift and 35's. I like the big gap between the tires and wheel wells myself.

Oh, by the way, I think those of us who like big trucks always want more. I was completely satisfied with my truck when I had it lifted, but now I want 37's. I'm sure soon after that I'll want 38's or bigger.

Your truck as really grown on me lol i really like that, and mine will be an inch lower after everything is said and done.
