Default Tires again!

I'm buying new tires this week and am looking for any advice I can get, I have 2004 fx4 with level kit and I want to fill the hole a little. But I know very little about tire sizes. Here is what the dealers say.

Dick Cepek mud country 305/60r/18 $350.00 installed

Dick cepek Radial r-c II 305 .60r/18 $ 325.00 installed

any help will be taken!
Thanks in advance,
Buckstruck.

I think it is a safe assumption that is a "per tire" price. If it is for the set, I will drive to where ever this place is and bring a few trucks.

May as well check out the BFG AT's 305x65x18 for that price. At least they will last about 60-70k miles.

It seems like a little too much for a tire that size. I bought my 37X13.50 R18s for $350 a piece. I dont know if Dick Cepeks are more expensive. Then again they are also mounting and balancing for you.

Check out some of the online sites such as discount tire. Lots of people have found pretty good deals on tires shipped to their house. At 1500 I would take a look around first before going straight to the dealer to buy.
