All of the stuff you are asking is covered there. There's no need to shell out $550 to fit 35s.

You can run 33s on our trucks without any lift, heck the tires they come with from the factory are almost 33 in tall. I've got 285/65R18s on mine which is comparible to a 33x11.50R18 and I don't rub anything. If you are keeping the stock wheels you'll be fine, it's when you get the wider wheels that you start rubbing.
