Default Which Tires?

Torn up between 3 different kind of tires, all same size LT275/70/R18 on a 2006 Lariat Supercrew.

Toyo Open Country M/T
Cooper Discovery STT
Fierce Attitude M/T

I know this is probably covered in other threads but any imput would be great, Thanks.

Toyos would be my choice! That's what I have and have grown quiet fond of them. I wasn't sure of em at first but love em now! Truck has never been in the mud so I can't tell u how good they perform there but in the rain these tires are awesome!!! I've never had a mud tire cut thru water and not hydro plain like the toyos do!! These thing STICK to the road and tread water like crazy!!! Waiting on snow to see how they do.

My vote is Cooper all day - I'm running Cooper [Pro Comps] Extreme A/T and they are good in the snow, dirt, and pavement lateral grip. It's a hybrid tire with larger lugs like a mud tire, but patterned like an A/T for wear and noise dampening.

Downside - the Coopers are typically more expensive than some of the Asian brands like Nitto/Toyo, unless you can find a sale. People will have opinions, but it's hard to argue against supporting our companies when they build a comparable and perhaps superior product.
