Where are they rubbing?
I had a 2" level w/ 305/55/20 on my 06 and they rubbed the UCA a little when turned all the way to full lock. That didn't bother me because the only time I turned to full lock was when turning around in tight spots. So they never rubbed while driving down the road.

I have an 05 with the same tires and a rancho quicklift and the only time I get any rub is a full lock taking a right. But I don't think it's hitting the wheel well I think it is hitting the frame maybe

It rubs like when I pull out of my driveway so like in the wheel well but it's real loud and plus it seems like it's driving different like it shakes when driving straight

What wheels are you running and what are the specs if you know them?

They must have less backspacing than the stock rims. Usually with stock rims you don't have to trim for 33" tires.
