Ok so I searched with no luck so if you have a link I would appreciate it. I have a 05 fx400. It has 35inch tires on it and runs the back of the wheel well more on the passenger than the driver. I have a leveling kit I’m installing this weekend. My question is why would one rub more than the other?
The bed doesn't look stock. Maybe defective part or frame damage from an accident?
It is a fx 400 but it didn’t come with the flared style fenders that some had. The po added them later clean car fax and no evidence of any damage anywhere

The FX400 was a very limited conversion kit, likely a dealer add on. I don't believe it was a factory option. Google FX400 and you'll see more....
As to why it's rubbing on one side - could be a number of things, but it's fairly common. My '77 F-250 rubs only on the passenger side. My buddy's Silverado, rubs only on the passenger side. I had a '97 Ranger that rubbed only on the passenger side.
My guess is the extra 200 pounds in the driver seat maybe??
You don't seem to have enough offset in those wheels to run 35's. If you can't afford wheels right now snag some 1.5" hub centric spacers with new studs. I ran them on my '07 with 35's and stock wheels, no issues at all and I gave that truck hell. I ran 35x12.5's on stock 20's with a level and 1.5" spacers, then put 35x12.5's with 20x9 Fuel Dunes with 1.5" spacers on the level.
I remember test driving a 2008 FX4 with raptor take offs (35" tires) and it would rub in the front on full lock turns. Nothing in the back or while normal driving
