Default Tire Cleaning

Not sure if anyone posted anything about this but I've been trying to get this dirt/mud off my tires and i have used black magic tire cleaner and armour all tire cleaner. But the dirt and mud still sits on the walls of the tires. Does anyone know a good way to get your tires looking new again after a day of mud? Lol

I love when my truck is dirty but sometimes I gotta have it clean for the girlfriend. lol

Thanks, let me know.

I've tried a few different things that initally will clean it, but then the dirt will resurface after a week or son. The only thing I have found to work is Armorall's extreeme wheel and tire cleaner. I usually do each tire twice after heavy wheeling and this stuff really sucks all the dirt out of the rubber. I wouldn't use anything else!!

There's a product called 'Awesome', which is only available in the US - strips everything off your tires and leaves them a nice dull black - super cheap too.

Dang your here too?!?!

I have this stuff I get from work. I'm not sure what it's called but it's a really heavy degreaser. Works wonders on wheels and tires it's a spray on, let sit and hit with pressure washer. Tires are black and wheels are clean. Can't leave it on anything shiny to long, it will oxidize.

I don't know what's in Awesome, and I probably don't want to. All I know is, that stuff will clean the clean off of clean. Best buck you can spend at the Dollar Tree.

Try some Zep Fast 505 from Home Depot... It does an amazing job on tires. The brown you're seeing may not be from mud but from the rubber oxidizing (tire blooming)... It may take a few applications to help with this but it tends to do the trick and it's relatively inexpensive.
