Here's a picture of the outside of the windshield and one from the inside. Let me know if it doesn't show up (app keeps crashing)

This is a very detailed write up (possibly a sticky?)
Also this is written assuming you have applied tint before and know the process on applying tint in general.

-Get a roll from autozone or any place that sells tint
-Unroll the tint and figure out what side the "clear" side is (the part you peel off before you apply it)
-Spray down the OUTSIDE of the windsheild with the tint adhesive (soapy water) where it will be going and the tint side of the roll (opposide side of the last step)
-Strange step but this helps with shaping, smeer the "tint adhesive" around with a dryer sheet (I'm guessing this helps with static...)
-lay tint down on outside of windsheild with
clear/peel off side of tint roll up.
-Move strip to desired height
-Put tape markers on the inside of windsheild to know where to put the bottom of the tint when you are ready to bring it inside
-Cut the excess tint off (If you have someone helping have them go inside and shine a flashlight through the windsheild and follow you as you cut, this helps you see the line where the glass and defroster is) Cut about a quarter inch or more into the defroster
-Cut out the mirror bracket that is glued to the windsheild (you have to take the rearview mirror off to put the tint on, DO THIS CAREFULLY OR YOU WILL BREAK YOUR WINDSHEILD (yes I learned tha hard way) Watch this YouTube video on how to remove it
-Here comes the part where you eliminate the "fingers" that develope when trying to put tint on a multi-curved window (car rear windows, t-tops, ect...) Spray the tint as it sits, and use a heat gun and a "tint applyer" (squeegy or some soft plastic spreader). This melts the "fingers" to the shape of the windsheild, do this till all fingers are gone
-Make sure you spray the tint down every so ofter to prevent scratching it!!
-Now you are ready to bring it inside, (I'm skipping the step on how to apply tint in hopes that whoever is reading this has done tint before)
-spray down the inside of windsheild and peel the tint aprat and spray the "stick down side" too
-Most likely need another person for this, put the tint on the inside of the winsheild
-spray down tint as it sits
-squeegy out the excess water untill all is gone
-if any "finger" apear again use the same method that you did on the outside
-clean away all excess water and mess
-replace mirror and you are all set!

Most people dont use the heat gun to pre-form it on the outside and battle with the fingers. At least I did the first time I tried it...

Depends on the tint. My tint is 4 percent and I can see out pretty well actually but good luck seeing in. It's worth it IMO. Looks so much better especially if you have a black truck like me.

I have no problem other than backing up i just have to pit my 2 front windows down half way to see in my side mirrors. Other than that it doesn't obstruct my vision/safety.

I had 5% on a black car with black interior...I couldn't see anything at night! I backed into two cars and got two tickets for the tint.

Hmm I would love to sit in an f150 with 5% all around to see for myself. My original plan was 5% on the back windows and 20% on the front but if I can see with 5% I would do that.
