I really got no love for the throttle by wire at this point in time.
Are you running stock tune or Level 1 or 2? I've had no problems with Level 1 0r 2 on my 05 Screw. You might want to check with dealer about pcm revision vs reflash for driveability issues.

I have it set at Level 2. I need to have the 15K service done shortly. I just may have them reflash it. Thanks for the tip.

I have a 2000 F150 4.6 and the throttle response was calm before I put 3:73 gears and moser axles. And the throttle response is insane. Plus I have an h pipe with true dual. But yea.. It all depends on the gearing. Plus the 2 wheel drives usually have a better response then the 4x4's

I know thats right. Ofcourse with my x-cal II I have the tranny shift points set just right. The tires almost bark dropping from park to drive. Lol.. And it will bark 2nd gear hard when on the gas. And throw you in the seat. Lol.. Ofourse I also have 3:73 gears and moser axles. But yes. I love the hard shifting. Makes me happy.

I just checked ODI Tech Bulletin. There is nothing for the 2007 F150s that have to do with the throttle. There are only two listed.

Technical Service Bulletins Summary
Make: FORD Model: F-150 Year: 2007 Service Bulletin Number: 0719 NHTSA Item Number: 10021282 Summary Description: EMISSION RECALL. SOFTWARE COULD CAUSE THE CATALYST MONITOR TO STOP FUNCTIONING WHEN CHANGING FUELS. *KB

It doesn't really "JUMP" but when I shift it out of "P" it kind of moves???? I guess. I don't know how to explain it but you can feel the power when you shift it.
