Default Which throttle position sensor?

Anyone have this brand/model of TPS on their 04 FX4 and replace it? I'm trying to figure out which one to buy but the picture of the part that comes up when I put my VIN in the parts search doesn't look like what I have. Here's a closeup of the original part on my truck.

That may be an aftermarket TPS that was already replaced.

I'm the original owner and I have never changed it before.

Now I'm debating on replacing this, this and the throttle body motor, or just replacing the entire unit...
