Well actually throttle body spacers are um, not really worth it. Most folks will claim they are just a glorified paperweight. The theory on them sounds good but what most folks dont know is for it to be effective, you have to be putting down 500 plus horses and usually at that point, you have a bigger throttle body anyhow.

It will add somewhat of a higher pitch scream at WOT but other then that, nadda. Will not add power.

Do a search, there's quite a few posts about spacers....

Any other questions, feel free to shoot em our way!

I strongly suggest you search on "throttle body spacers" and make your decision based on the threads you read. Don't take just the opinions of this single post; there are lots of opinions on this topic.

IMHO, I'd go after other mods first.

Dyno graphs prove they do not do anything. But they sound cool as hell! In theory they should add torque because the make your intake manifold inlet runner longer but as previously stated, dynos have shown no real gains...

I'm interested in this topic also. What do you mean about the sound?

it's a little whistle, each one makes a different sound, i noticed better throttle response and slight boost in torque off the line... like i said i can break loose 35's and couldn't before....

they have a good point research before you buy, i really only got mine because it was a craigslist deal for like twenty bucks
