Default Throttle Body problems

I recently changed out my intake manifold due to coolant leak on my 07 4.6. Everything went good even after careful inspection multiple times. After intake was installed i had a whole list of codes pop up. Everything is connected and no broken wires. Truck ran fine before hand. Truck still seems to run fine but sluggish. Fuel pressure is fine with no abornormal noises besides a sound that almost sounds like a miss. Codes are posted in pic.

I've checked and no cracks or exposed wires. Clicks in just fine. I'm at a loss. Now those codes went away. P2195 and p2197 are the only codes shown. Truck is still acting the same though. I watched the voltage and it shows they are working. The o2s are only 1 year old as well.

Maybe you got some junk on the MAF sensor, or left a shop rag in the throttle body? Thinking outside the box here.

Not that this is going to solve your issue but check and make sure the MAF was plugged back in after your work.

All good guesses but when I did the manifold I left the air filter housing on. I only disconnected the tubing from there to the throttle body. I went and rechecked everything including hoses and connectors. Everything looks good. Looking at all the data while at idle I don't have abnormal fluctuations. The only thing that doesn't look right is my volumetric efficiency is sitting between 160%-200%.

One of the trouble shooting steps for DTC 2195 and 2197 is:
Verify the integrity of the PCV system
Another is:
Inspect the entire length of vacuum hoses including damaged or cracked vacuum tees.

When I get off work I'll try the carb cleaner trick. I've been working really long hours and haven't had time to look at it. If it is a pcv issue then it might be my driver side hose. I'll update after.
