Default Throttle body

I'll be replacing my throttle body this weekend. Other than an idle relearn, is there anything else y'all think I should do? Maybe diamond bird first, then idle/trim relearn?

Replace the gasket too! Figure you already intend to but figure I'd remind ya to get 1 as my throttle Body didn't come with it.

Cleaned it so good the bitch owes me money lol. My money is on TPS more than anything, but considering miles.... I'm going for broke and just doing the whole thing.
High idle, loss of acceleration, stumbling, etc. All ignition components are new and what not. The high base idle also seems to be causing an occasional, mildly hard downshift from 2-1, as it wasn't doing it prior to the idle being 200+ higher than base
