Man, I've searched the internet high and low and I can't find when ford made the switch. Guess I'll find out when I change the plugs...

Ford made the switch in late 07 to the new heads wiht the one piece plugs. I think if your engine has a build date after 8/1/07 or 9/1/07. i believe its one of those months.
