Default Third Brake Light Cover Replacement

Hello,
Looking to replace the plastic cover for the third brake light on a 2005. I can only find the total assembly, I only need the plastic cover, any suggestions on where I can purchase one?
Thanks...............

As far as I know, they do not sell just the lens since it is a sealed unit. Just like they dont just sell the lens to a headlight.

They do not sell just the lens. You need to buy the whole assembly..E-Bay has some nice LED ones for $28-35 free ship.

The entire assembly has the supposedly improved gasket, so...yeah. Save the cab corners!

And the LED units wont melt the plastic either. Like my original unit did. Bought a nice replacement on Ebay for less than &20. It looks completely clear but the center part lights up red with the brakes applied.

Ditto on the LED. I bought a smoke one on Amazon for like...20 bucks. No leaks, nice and bright

Just like every reply in this thread states, you need to get the entire unit. I got an oem one used on eBay for $40. Just buy the whole unit.
