We ended up buying an 07 lease return. It's got the 3.7 v6. (I think it's a 3.7) I'm honestly not sure if there's anything to watch for. We've owned it since July and no problems so far.

Ya, Honestly only thing that is saving me and will Continue to save me i only work 4 days a week 10hr days. Weekend if we don't need it Truck sits. Only problem is more stress on the wife car which has a 115k on it. Her car hopefully will be paid off this year. So i might Trade the truck, buy her something new/newer and drive her car until it starts costs more then its worth to fix. Don't really want to Sell the truck or drive her car daily, her car has the most uncomfortable seats i swear. I like the new 2013 Escape but i'll never buy a first year vehicle.
I also really like Subaru. However Kia/Hyundai has a killer Warranty Considering her drive is 84 Miles a day x5!
