Default Thinking about wheel spacers

Thinking about wheel spacers on my truck. Anyone have experience, or pictures, preferably before and after, with wheel spacers?

My son used a set on his Ranger 2wd. We torqued them down to the recommended settings. Since it is on a lowered 2wd, I was okay with it. He rarely goes over 55mph. I am still not 100% okay with him having spacers. They were 1 piece billet and hub centric, cost him about $300. Those $100 sets I would watch out for. If you have a 4wd and larger tires, I wouldnt even consider a set unless they were hub centric and from a trusted source.

Like Summers22 says... the good hub-centric ones are pricey. you likely would want them on both axles to have the same track width so you're minimum $600. if it were me, i would want to stay away from the aluminum ones and go with steel which will be even more. you could get some rims with the offset or backspacing to achieve the same thing for not much more and a lot less controversy.
