Default Thinking about a purchase

Found a nice 2008 f150 with the Triton v8 . Has 97000 miles on it. I know very little about the Triton engine and the mileage is sorta scaring me off. Please give me your thoughts, look into it further or run.
Thanks for the insight.

It is high, but told mostly highway miles. It is 4x4 and they're asking 20000. It's the 60th aniv xlt model.

look inside the framerails or on top of the pumkin. that will tell you if its a "highway truck". nobody ever cleans there.

Bah! Mines an 07 with 121,000 miles on it. Runs great. And yes, They are highway miles. If it's in great shape and runs great, make a good offer on it.

I think 20large is a bit steep for that high milage it could well be a co. truck driven by ? or used to pull a comercial trailer or RV rode hard and put away wet. can you get any past service histery? If you cant get any info I would pass at that price just an opinion Bubbabud 2011 XLT SCAB ECOboost
