Get the Goodyear wrangler duratracs, they are the all terrain tire you want, with the aggressive sidewalls like you want! And they will go good!

So the Trail Grapplers are a M/T tire then you cannot get them in A/T? I live in a small city so my commutes are not bad...furthest i normally drive is to my gfs which is 35 mins away on the highway, everything else is 10 mins down the highway. i drive to Duluth, Minnesota about 3-4hrs away 4 times a year. On average i probably tow like 5 times a year and then i haul my atv in my box which is only 400lbs. These tires would only be used in the summer with summer rims so snow wouldnt be an issue.
No, you can't get trails in all terrain, you would get Terras, they are both Nitto brand.

ok thats what i wasnt sure about because you can get a mud terrain tire in the nitto, but then there is also the trail grapplers...so i didnt no if they had 2 different mud tires or if the trails were more of an AT.

thanks!

think i might go with the terra grapplers then because i dont need a mud tire, but i love the look of the trails so much more! ahhhh!!!

just looked at another thread about the duratracs vs the trail grapplers.... they both seem like great tires, from what i read the duratracs are way better in winter but i wouldnt be using them in winter... Also from what i read they are about 100$ more a tire... which kinda of steers me away....any other input on duratracs vs the trail grapplers??

I have the duratracs on mine now 295/65/18...there complete garbage, extremely noisy, they ride like **** even @ 35psi they always feel out of balance and are terrible in the rain..

Im peeling them off for nitto terra grapplers.

I have just the oppsit experience, I'm running 265-75-16s in the winter months, they are quiet, I've never had trouble with them unbalanced. I can go as fast as I want (remember its winter months) and no shakes or vibrations, and we don't have bad rain here so just the little bit of water I've had them in, they done fine for me. my only experience with the Nittos is in my brothers truck, he had them in 37s, I liked everything about them besides the looks. They look like a tire that should be on a suv.. They go good and ain't loud.

And mine wasn't any higher than all the other tires. Maybe 20$ish a tire, but one thing I did run into was, there is like 5 dealers here, only or carried good year. If they don't Cary the name brand it is, they will be high.

i think im going to go with the trail grapplers when the time comes...my friend has them on his truck as well and he loves them to, alot of positive things about them, although im not looking for a mud tire i really like the aggressive look of them even over the duratracs.

Thanks for the help and opinion/inputs guys appreciate it

The trail grappler to my knowledge isn't a mud tire, it is and it isn't, it's like the in between of the AT and mud grapplers, if you think trail grapps are loud listen to mud grapps. Sounds like a jet coming at you.
