It comes with a small potted ballast that fits behind the cluster and a small metal switch bracket for green-blue changes and a dial to adjust the intensity. You cannot hook it up to the dimmer side of the instrument cluster feed. It has to run off the headlight rotary switch itself. There is a black ground PIN 3 and a white/red PIN 11 (or Violet/orange PIN 7) that gives you 12V in both parking and headlight mode located behind the headlight switch to the left of the steering wheel. Read the function next to the wires to see which mode works best for you.

Will do thanks if I don't go this route there is a place here locally that makes custom clusters I might give them a call and see what they can do

Keep in mind I did not have to remove the needles to install the bezel or gauge face. They slip over them. Made the job much easier!
