What do you guys think?

I installed a Plasmaglow white face gauge face and then topped it off with a DINOC carbon fiber bezel.

Looks great at night!

How is it switched on and off and color change? Does it splice into the factory harness or is there a separate switch?

It comes with a small potted ballast that fits behind the cluster and a small metal switch bracket for green-blue changes and a dial to adjust the intensity. You cannot hook it up to the dimmer side of the instrument cluster feed. It has to run off the headlight rotary switch itself. There is a black ground PIN 3 and a white/red PIN 11 (or Violet/orange PIN 7) that gives you 12V in both parking and headlight mode located behind the headlight switch to the left of the steering wheel. Read the function next to the wires to see which mode works best for you.
