What is the best way to remove the tailgate emblem?

 

Some people use a heat gun to soften the tape and fishing sting or something like that to slide underneath and cut it, I just got a towel and a couple flat head screwdrivers and worked mine till it came off. Make sure you have a thick towel or rag so you won't scratch the tailgate when you're prying it off

 

Heat gun and fishing line pulled behind the badge is the best way. Just did mine as well.

 

I use either a hair dryer or heat gun and carefully pry with a couple small screw drivers wrapped in rags. Might scratch the paint a tad under the emblem, but works every time. Patience is key.

 

Yea I got it. I pryed it off with screwdriver and used a hair dryer to get the old tape off. Thanks guys!
