You need a wiring harness to make everything an easy connection. If you didn't upgrade your speaker wires I'd do that too. More amperage means more heat which means burnouts if you overload things with more power than they were made to handle. When it comes to wiring systems never get cheap or thin wires. It will save you in the long run.

For the Sirius you only need the antenna and module I think, but don't quote me. The headunit should be able to control that within itself.

And most importantly enjoy your music! But be aware that anything over 100 decibels roughly will cause hearing damage.

Oh I almost forgot, if you want to bump your door speakers as well as your woofer, you need at least a 5 channel amp (assuming you have 4 speakers in the truck and 1 woofer) or you can add another amp, but that's kind of silly.
