Okay, I've had mixed reviews on these things. I have a 2004 F150 FX4 SCrew. Do these things work for the mileage setting? I've heard people with similar trucks like Lariats say they get another 40-60 per tank and i've also heard people say they don't work for mileage, only horse power/torque. So do they work? Im considering the 1865.
