The glass seems to be unhooked from the Mtr I here the mtr move but th glass dos not and you can push up and out

 

Sounds like a problem we had with our expedition. The track that supported the window was broken.

 

Mine will open, but when it tries to close it will not raise enough on the drivers side to seal the opening... i have to manually help it into place... once it is in place it stays sealed no problem... it's just getting it there that is a pain in the *****! I checked it out and it is the track on the drivers side... it is broken in one place and doesn't push it up enough...

 

Time to hit the junkyards.

I installed that kit over a year ago. Perfect function every time. Mine had the same issue as yours.
