Default this sucks.

I have an 07 xlt with the 5.4 and 103000 miles and today i had no heat. Its been in the single digits this week too. Can't figure it out

whats the engine temp when you have no heat ??

It was up to 212 deg on my edge tuner and still blew gold air

Check your thermostat. I would just change it anyways. They are inexpensive and easy to do on our years. Usually if you have no heat it means the thermostat because the coolant is not circulating and not able to reach the heater core.

Should be. My truck doesn't run hotter then 192 even when towing. My sister had a bad thermostat and it was doing the exact thing.

Just make sure that you watch your heater core for leaking also. Could also be something stopping up.

check to see if your blend door is working also...engine temp 212 with that cold of outside temp sounds like what they told you though...T-Stat
