Default Subwoofers

I have heard that it is possible to put 10" subwoofers in the rear doors of a 2005 extended cab F150. Could someone please confirm this?

Never seen it, and I'm pretty sure you won't be rolling the windows down with subs in them.

Under the rear seat is where most stash them.

I've got 2 Fosgate Prime R2 Prime Flat Magnet 10" Subs with a custom box in my 2005 Lariat SuperCrew and it sounds really good. I had 1 Memphis 12" Sub before the current set up and the 10's sound much better. 2 amps, Crossover, and head unit later, it sounds great.

I have two Memphis shallow mounts under the rear seat, sounds great.

I'm sure someone could stuff a subwoofer in the door, but I would imagine that wouldn't sound the best... and I would think about routing the speaker wire through a door jam if it pinches, could be a potential fire hazard.

I have one amp running my mid range speakers and one amp running my Subs with both ran through the crossover.
