Default Stutter at high thottle

Ok well I was told that I was losing my fuel pressure when I would get on the throttle and was recommended that I change the fuel pump well I changed that and the fuel filter and it doesn't do it near as bad and another thing it stutters at low rpms so I have to take my foot off the gas and reapply pressure I can't figure out what's wrong but my mechanic said that it had a pending lean code somebody give me a little insite

I used to have a stutter at low rpm's I checked my coil packs, because they were never change. I found two were bad and replaced all eight with accel coil packs. I didn't have the money for the Motorcraft ones, so those will do for now. It fixed my stutter.

Was it throwing any codes? Or how did you find that two were bad.

No codes were ever thrown. It's simple, i would disconnect one coil pack and if there was a change in the motor, not running correct, then it was good. If I disconnected and the motor kept on running without any change, it was bad or going bad. It worked for me, I changed out coil 2 and 7 with 1 and 8, and when I disconnected 2 and 7 the engine would run different. When I discount 1 and 8 it ran fine with no change. I then order a set of accel coil packs, couldn't afford all Motorcraft (college student) and replace 1 and 8 with the new ones and the truck didn't stutter anymore. After that I replaced all of them and the truck runs great.
