Alright guys - thank you all for your comments. I took the front right wheel off today and took the hub assembly off. I spun the bearings and heard no noises and felt no grainy feeling...I almost put the bad one back on instead of the new one because i was almost 100% sure it was not the passenger side hub bearing.

Sure enough, I did go ahead and replace and the noise is gone 100%. It was definitely the hub assembly/rotor. If it wasnt for me actually putting the new piece on and driving it around, I would have stood there and argued with you that there was no way this was the problem. I swear the noise was coming from the drivers side wheel/right under the steering wheel.
