Default sts turbo

hi I'm new to the forums and was wordering if a sts turbo kit for a 06 f150 4.6 2v will it work on a 08 f150 5.4 3v???$ Thank you

Really only thing's that wouldnt work is the intake and the tune wouldn't work. Only things diff in the 2 motors is 5.4 is a stroked 4.6!! same bore different stroke and a smaller cam, diff intake for the 3v 5.4

So I'm guessing it well work just gona use a other intake right cause I'm gona buy this kit but don't no notting about it thank you

You would have to get a coustom tune and have some one change the intake up the 5.4 intake is facing up and the 4.6 is facing the grill

Ok that won't be a problem so just replace with extra pipeing or repleae tb thank you

You could just have a shop weld a 90 down to your TB

Dyno tune would the best option. If you dont change the injectors and MAF you could probably drive it to the dyno, just stay out of boost.
