Default Steering wheel shaking!

My 05 F150 supercrew is shaking when I reach 70MPH or better. I had Khumo 285/70/17's. I had them replaced with BG Goodrich T/A's. Now the shaking is at 75-83 before smoothing out. The ford dealership said there's nothing that can be done because that's the way Ford had redesigned the suspension for 2005. Anyone have suggestions?

Swap the fronts to the rear. If she goes away, you have a tire that is bubbling in the carcass or like cody said.

Here's the latest: I took the truck to Discount Tire this morning. The tires were balanced properly but they redid them. We took it for test drive, still shakes at around 70 mph. They pulled the tires off and tried Michelins. The truck did the same thing. They then tried Nittos and Khumos? Same story. After all that, I took truck to Ford to have them look at it. They couldnt find a problem but were aware of the technical service bulletin regarding the shaking problem at 70 mph or better. Still no solution.

Looking for options. Can the front end suspension be replaced with something different?

Mine shakes anywhere from 45 on up, sometimes leveling out at certain speeds.

I swapped wheels, had the tires rebalanced, tried having the wheels road force balanced and nothing helped. The tire place that did the RFB said its probably the tires. The tires only have 2k miles on them though.

Try possibly your ball joints or tie rods. Have you had the suspension gone through?
I for one wouldn't put up with a shake. I don't care if they are meant to carry a load or they might be better with a level/lift kit. Vehicles shouldn't shake while driving down the road. Last time mine shook it scared the crapp out of me and I took it straight home. That was the ball joint/tire issue then.

I think Im going to get an alignment and see whats up. It might just be the tires but Id hate to buy tires and not have them fix the problem.
Tires are expensive.

I'm taking it back to Ford tomorrow morning. After I explained everything to them, they want to look at it again. Here's a list of what I've got on the truck now: 2 inch Leveling Kit, 285/70/17's on VTEC black Raptors, and a Diamond B brushguard, coming in at approximately 100lbs. The truck also has JBA headers and is SCT tuned but I wouldnt think that would have anything to do with the crazy shaking at 70mph or better.
