Steering Rack Possible Problem
Have an 08 F150 that I'm having a problem with the steering rack. Sorry that I couldn't find this tread anywhere. Excuse me if it's been talked about.
Anywho, I have all heimed steering (offroad) and I was looking at my steering rack on the drivers side and it has alot of wobble in it when I shake the wheel. I know it is the rack, not the ends or the sway bar ends (don't have that). So is there anyway to possibly fix this issue or do I have to replace the entire rack? BTW I can here the movement over little bumps etc. Not a big problem but annoying. Lastly, if I have to replace it, what kind of $$$ am I looking at? All help is appreciated. Thanks.
