Default Stealership caused some problems?

I just took my 06 5.4 to the dealer today for a cyl 4 misfire. Thats the one under the fuel rail in the back so I figured I'd just take it in. The heavy misfire is fixed but now there is a more subtle one under load and a RIDICULOUSLY rough idle while in drive and stopped. Didn't happen until after the dealership repairs. Any ideas?

<-- Laid off, have no money. You know how they work, they'll find something else to charge me $400 for. Anyways, 12 hours later, CEL is on again. Im about to go scan it and see what its saying. If its a PO304 im going back to the dealership. If its another cylinder then I'll just have to do it myself for the $35 Murrays charges for the COP.

PO174 and PO171, and there is a hissing coming from the right side that wasn't there before they messed with it. These codes are something about the system being too lean. Anyone have any ammo for me to use against the dealer when I go back?

If there is a hissing coming from the engine, i would check for a vaccum leak first.

They "fixed" the #4 cylinder coil and plug. I discovered the problem. I went out there and followed all of my air lines and hoses and discovered that they broke the connection to the thing right above the steering that the pvc line plugs into. No idea what it is. I went back to the dealer and they said bring it back in the morning and theyd fix it no charge. For now I pulled it out and am going to gorilla glue the part the hose connects to back in place so I can at least drive tonight.
