Default stainless works headers

So I think my cats are going bad so I was looking at getting catted headers and stainless works true duals. Does anyone have this setup? What are the advantages and disadvantages?

Catted Headers? Never heard of them. How do you know your cats are going bad?

I think it's 1500-1700 for the stainless works catted LT's, depending on setup.. That's with no tailpipes or mufflers.. That's a bit on the pricy side IMHO.. But it's still nice to be able to just bolt up a kit out of the box..

The advantages are a good 12-20 rwhp if you get a custom tune.. Maybe some better fuel economy..

Check out dynatech, OBX, and pace setter for different (cheaper) pricing..
A custom exhaust shop could probably weld up hi flows and bend you up a custom system with whatever muffler you want for cheaper..

My gas mileage has dropped drastically and I'm getting A rotten egg smell. I found the LT headers kit for about 1100 or 1300 with cats

I have thought about that and switching out the throttle body for a slightly bigger one.

Wouldn't the price be similar if you went high flow cats with headers versus the catted headers as one?

I think it was like 100 or 200 difference.

So between the 80mm, LT headers, volant intake, and a tune I would be getting up there right?
