Default Squeaky Windows

My windows have started to squeak when rolling them up and down. It is coming from rubbing on the weather strip at the bottom of the window. What does everyone use? WalMart has a CRC white lithium grease? Will this leave grease on the wind itself? Looking for experienced recommendations. Thanks.

Watching..
as my back driver does this too...
I'm guessing the most effective way would be to remove the panel and lubricate the track and the rubber seals

I will give this a shot sometime. SCORGE mine is definitely not the track, it is coming from the weather stripping.
